We could not agree with you more! You might want to check out our product, Snikkr (www.snikkr.com), which is in open beta right now for web and BlackBerry. It is a location-savvy social productivity tool, and can exchange location with FireEagle, as well as share your location for a limited amount of time.

I noticed that Latitude provides an optional KML or JSON feed. I would think there has to be some way of importing this information into FireEagle.
